Talked to scott today, truck was delayed and sleds won't be there until Monday. He said he is going to try his best to get them done ASAP hopefully before Xmas, if not he said def by next weekend

Cool yeah actually when I visited in spring I almost spring checked through him. I told him straight I wasn't ordering through him and he still treated as like we we're lifelong customers. I have next Friday off so should work out well

no Viper yet
I also snow checked a Viper RTX in red and black back in April. I was told oct/nov. Here its the 21st of Dec and still haven't heard from my dealer. I switched from my local dealer due to lack of customer service. Im finding out the hard way they are ALL the same. Not one of the dealers I have been with yet returns my calls. I did call 10 days ago and they said it would be ready for yesterday. No one has called yet

It may be a blessing. Get your money back and run. Four chain case failures in the last couple days. Ouch!

Uhhh we don't know that!!!! I was there for the one in Twin Lakes and he had Pat's Yamaha fu@# with it the day before and adjust the chain. There are plenty of us pounding these things with almost 200 hp turbos and not a failure among us. This was a bone stock XTX. I have broke chains before and it was my fault - lube and too tight were my issues on rx and apex.
Damn you east siders are getting hosed. Almost all dealers here have none sold units on the floor. Was just up in upper MI this weekend and two dealers had a bunch in stock.

Hopefully it won't come to this but I'm already debating Polaris verses cat for a backup plan on Friday. One way or another il have a machine in my trailer Friday night

I just called brownells and scott said he promised I would have mine no later than Friday. I talked to him about some of the issues guys have been having(chain tensions and leaks) he said that he has been taking care of that stuff as soon as he heard of the issues. He said he is going to try to get them all done for tomorrow if he can, scott said he is still waiting for the truck to come and deliver them. What ticks me off is and dealer near me has sleds that were not snow checked, how does yamaha send them their sleds before we get the ones we checked early, yamaha is def going to,get another call from me again!!!!!

I know one of phibbs victims had his shipped to menneto. His showed at menneto on Friday. Makes no sense that it takes 3 days to make a 45 minute trip. This crazy story just gets crazier and crazyer. I'm waiting to hear something crazy like the truck wrecked and dates pushed back again.
