Why go under the tunnel?

To free up the tunnell for storage and gas.

Are you worried about ice ripping the muffler off?

NOPE, its very rigid. I hope with the undertunell there will be less ice as well.

Well, its almost done. At least enough to ride this weekend. I am waiting for the paint to cure a little more so I can wet sand and polish the clear. These panels are not fun to paint, once I have the imperfections buffed out I will have my Klim Topo graphics put on. They are orange and white, the sled is a little fugly with all the white but the graphics will break it up nicley. I am very pleased with the turn out so far. My Jardine pipe ROCKS, it sound very, very, very good and not stupid loud. Let me know what ya think!!!!!!!

Holy luggage!! Thats great. Tunnel dump looks good. Any sound bits of it. Id love to do the same but any exhaust mod is illegal where i ride. But If it sounds stock I might be able to get away with it.
Sled looks good.

I'm doing a undertunnel as well to clear the tunnel for a skidoo can and possibly a bag.
U worried at all about the comment made above for supporting the weight?
I plan on removing the tabs off the stock exhaust tunnel bracket, but keeping it for strength...like u.
could the taillight stay on top of the tunnel if u went with the mini bag??
