had a stud pull out of track on last ride, outer edge, never had this happen in tens years of running studs, anyone have any ideas on what can be done, repair , leave it alone or replace track

Leave it alone, it will be fine. I have approx 3-4 pulled out on my track, not a big deal.

An outer edge pull out is risky to just run it. Maxdlx

If the track is torn my suggestion is to replace the track but if you can't make sure the track is very tight, remove the outer studs and do not ride wide open for long periods.
