Any advise appreciated.

I am running alot on ice and some slush late in the season. Mainly looking for braking more than anything.

My dealers says:
-tunnel protectors
-V pattern
-144-152 (he hadn't checked exact #)
-woodies 1.325

Guys, I hate 'taking advice from the dealer', because an uneducated consumer is asking for it, and is willing/will get, whatever is in stock. Protectors I get. After looking on Woody and Studboy web sites I'm inclined to go with just 114 studs (singles). Any thoughts? It looks like 1.325 is correct, but what about the different studs themselves? Is there really any difference between the Signature Series or the Mega Bite...or is it marketing BS? Woody vs. studboy or cheapest stuff on the market?

Just bite the bullet and by an ice ripper? Only 700 KMS on my stock track.

114 1.325 in a woodies pattern and not the standard V is more than enuff for a two up trail sled. Run the standard track if its in good shape and save your money and skip on the ice ripper...

Yamadooed and others.

Thanks for the advice. However...

Can't get a straight answer after talking to 3 dealers. Does my 09 comes with tunnel protectors or not? I want them but would like to be prepared financially as they are $200 in the latest cannuck catalog.

What is the going cost on getting this done per stud? Is the going rate about $4 including stud?

Any dealer recommendations for service and studding in the 'north of Barrie' area?

Appreciate it.
