i'm looking to stud my 04 warrior it has and excell exhaust, k&n filters and the stock ripsaw track. how many studs should i put in my track?? and what about tunnel protectors?? i weigh around 380 and bottom out from time to time, this makes me worry about putting on studs!!??

162 up the middle. Yes to the tunnel protectors but they already should be there.

how tall of studs should they be with the stock ripsaw track??

96 down the center. 1.25 lugs so just a hair bigger than lugs

i go about 320lbs. and i just put 108 double backers down the center. 1.4", bought them from rich motorsports. 108 gives you the enough hook-up and braking power without being over bearing and tearing apart the track on a few years. protectors should be there unless you have the aftermarket cooler in the rear, then you have to fab your own.

Did any of u guys put extensions on your front heat exchangers?? Im worried when i ride my 1 1/4 rip saw rubs when i brake on the front heat exchanger.
