What do you guy's do to keep the stud's from hitting the tunnel? I have an Attak Turbo with a 1.25 RipSaw with 1.375 Fast Trac stud's. I have the rear cooler with the full length protector's. I put 1/4" spacer's between the tunnel and the protector's at all point's except the front two. Will 1/4" be enough? Thanks!

On my RX1 , the first time I addressed this, when I was running a trail track 1" with big studs, I found a set of hyfax, cut the groove inserts off and riveted them on top of the ones that are there.
When I changed to a speed track, I found some 1"x 1" square aluminum hollow stock and riveted them on top of the stock protectors.
You'll most likely have to drop the drive axle and track to be able to access the front where the studs tend to hit the front of the tunnel.

kviper,
Was 1/4" enough to stop studs hitting the back exhaust/pipe?
