Hey guy's,
I have been working on my sled this summer and I thought I would share with you. It is a 03 RX with 8,000 mile on it. I stretched it out to 136 and installed a M10 along with a rip saw track studded. I was tired of breaking the proaction rear suspension along with my back so I think the upgrade will be a nice change.
I also installed a Apex RTX seat on it and a ABR riser. It feels so much better to sit on that before. I am of course not the first guy to do this on this forum so I already know this is a good upgrade.
During my tear down of the driveshaft I noticed that the outboard drive bearing was of course bad for the second time so I replaced that. Also, the front A arm bushings were very worn so I changed out all of them and had the arms painted white (which I think looks great).
The racing stripes some of you may have seen before, I did this a few years ago and still think it looks awsome.
I wanted everyone to know how much I appreciate this site and all of the knowledge floating around. I think it is great to have a site where everyone can share their experiences good or bad to help others learn more about a product or about how to perform a certain mod.
Man, I have a sickness with these sleds! I don't know about you guy's but I for one cannot wait until the first snow flake falls!

Ah, while I'm at it... did you use or create a template for the hood stripes? They look nice, wouldn't mind doing mine with a flat black pair.

I still need to install the snow flap. I would not want to ride behind it without one. I did the stripes by hand and I do not think I have the template yet but I can look for you Jack Shaft.
Thanks for the comments

Nice job, looks great!
I spent the better half of last fall, and winter (after I busted the bulk-head) doing allot of the same things to mine. You are going to LOVE that '06 seat.

sweet ride....very unique looking.
I agree with Custom Sled Shop. The only thing that looks out of place is the yellow spring. JMO.

I agree with you guys, I think I will have to have the rear spring powder coated white.
