Finally have everything back on my 08 Nytro converted to an XTX with ALL OEM materials, except the pioneer revalves. I notice that the rear of the sled has some major sagging. It drops 2-3 inchs before i feel the suspension working. Is this a problem with the design of the XTX skid, or something i have done wrong, maybe the Pioneer Revalves ? Any help would be great.

mine has more than 2-3 inches more like 5-6 inches and I have had the shocks out they are fine the torsion is on Med. Its a $hit design clearly. It has done this since day 1.

Thanks makes me feel more comfortable. I was getting ready to haul the skid out again. I agree it Just doesn't seem right.
sag
I mine was rock solid for the first 300 miles last year. Now this year I have probably 5-6 inches of sag. I am a big guy 300 with gear, so I know I will stress things more than most. Called my dealer to price out the heavy duty torsion springs and its going to cost me 500 plus CAD to get a set. I sucks but I am not going to pay that much so I quess I will live with it for now.
