I have an 07 apex that needs some suspension tuning. I have no hole shot whatsoever (spin like crazy) and when im in the bumps the sled wants to nose dive. I just had all the shocks recharged to eliminate that as an issue but im sure its me not knowing how to dial in my front and rear suspension in. thanks for your help.

Unfortunately..I dont think this suspension tuning subject is an exact science. An you make one adjustment (i.e tightening the limiter strap, increasing rear shock pre-load, etc..) affects everything else, including how the front reacts.

I'd start with what is recommended in the manual, and tune from there. What may be a good ride to one guy, may not be good to another. My opinion, this is something you really have to put in the time and turn a few wrenches. Oorrrr pay a guy to stand there while you go for a spin, and have him do all the tuning for you..haha. Too hard, too soft, too much rebound, not enough dampening, compression is a little slow.. Rear is good, but front is soft, ok, now you tighten the front but noit it is tippy in the corners......WAY TOO MANY VARIABLES.

Or just tune it according to what the manual reccommends and enjoy the mediocre ride you might get.

You will think i am crazy but just get a cobra track.
It is the best mod I have ever done. For three years I could
never lift the skis off the line. Now I cant keep them
down.

My suggestion is this: make small changes and not what you did and how it responded, check track tension ( I feel that too tight a track will not hook up properly but that's just me) I also run 144 studs.
Adjust the "sit-in" as per spec. then move the transfer rod a little at a time, then limiter strap (I have mine all the way out) front shocks i have adjusted so the a-arms are paralell to the ground, this setup works for me but may not be for you. I say play with it but take note so you can always go back to where you started.
good luck. Once you get it dialed in you will LOVE it.
