Sway bar rubbing on plastic

I have the same issue on the clutch side only.
I showed my it to the dealer (not my usual dealer) while i was having the broken chaincase cover replaced.
They thought i hit something and were unwilling to submit it.

I pulled the swaybar out of the sled and bent (tweaked) it a slight bit on each end so it is further from the pannel.
I still was not happy with how close it was to the pannel so i rounded/ground the ends of the swaybar.
It was very easy to do and It looks much better than before, but i have not tested it yet.
I will be applying some duct tape over the area and watching for any rubbing once the snow falls

I think that is what I will do so it doesn't wear right through!

Mine has zero miles and already the clutch said is rubbing. Would be hard for them to say I hit something.
