T.o.r s sensor

Hi. I have a 2009 yamaha nytro mtx. I added a throttle extender on it, after I put a new set of bars on it. Now I'm getting a code 84 for the position sensor. Can anyone tell me how to fix this. I have tried adjusting my throttle cable and no luck. Maybe I am just trying to adjust it wrong I'm not to sure.

you have 1-2mm gap at the handle bar block before it moves on the throttle bodies?
