Tap into a wire

I'm not good with electrical. I need to tap into a wire to hook up my ridelite. Can anyone recommend a good spot? I've got the hood off and ready to go

Go into the cigarette lighter socket wires. Common end so just snip it off,tie wires together and crimp a new connector on. There is also the one by reverse servo.

x2 on the reverse servo..can buy the cat harness that makes the outlet into 2 or 3 ends and it's under 10 bucks
