Team Tied Clutch kit, worth it?

Found a used team tied clutch kit with the complete secondary, helix, 2 primary springs, the weight kit, and the shaft. What is the general opinion on the kit? Is it workable? Is it worth a few hundred bucks? Or is it better to spend a hundred more on a Ulmer or Schmidt? Can a newbie get it tuned in?

Search Ulmers posts about it, he did some testing when it first came out....or call him for his opinion. I don't think many people used them due to initial cost, but if the price is right it might be worth it...hard part is finding the best set up for it
