Folks,
I recently bought a Twin Turbo 2001 ZO6 Corvette, and although the car was cleanly built, my wideband was showing the AF ratios to be erratic, and on the lean side in general. The previous builder/tuner was VERY rude with me, and was not willing to help me at ALL. Living in the middle of no where, I had to drive at least 1.5 hours to see if the ECU was 'unlocked' so tuning changes could be made if needed. Turns out that the closest 'tuner' has been known to lock up unlocked computers so no one can mess with them but him.
So, knowing of the great praise that Ted gets on here (I used to own a Turbo RX1), I visited his website and noticed that he was an autorized tuner of the software that was used to tune my car. After several emails, I ended up calling Ted at 1036PM AT HOME, the night before I brought the car down. He said 'no problem'. I arrived at Jannetty Racing at 9AM the following day, and Ted got educated me on the tuning software (thankfully it was unlocked), took the time to datalog various parameters on the car and eventually we troubleshot it down to my FJO's sensor being faulty (5 years of leaded fuel and an oil bath, not bad!). I left Teds knowing that the car was tuned ULTRA SAFE, and we made 720WHP@16.8 psi on the last pull. The whole time Ted and his staff were ultra friendly, and I never felt odd just hanging around the shop when Ted was fixing some issues with his server. I even ate lunch with him and his crew.
Bottom line, I've always built and tuned my own cars and been hesitant on bringing anything anywhere for work, but I'd throw Ted the keys to my TT Vette or anything else I own, NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
Thanks again Ted. I'm sure we will meet again soon.

Ted has always been very polite and helpful whenever I have called. I have his carb and clutch kit and my sled runs hard. I think he knows his stuff!. It is no surprise that he has such a successful business.

Ted's approach to his customers and friends is the same. He's a true stand up guy who has applied his vast knowledge with Turbos and Superchargers in trucks and cars over to sleds.
You won't find too many guys like Ted in this crazy world!
