Setting up a 2 bar map? My sled i am running 9PSI max boost well it might spike a little higher. Can you tell me about this Map voltage stuff? For vac and boost? The Max and the Min. volts? Sure seams like these numbers should be diffrant for every one? Would like mine to read boost at lower numbers? It is not until about 5-6psi that does not seam right to me.

The Min Max Voltage tells the software a voltage to pressure scaling.

It must be accurate with the map sensor your using, each map sensor may have different scaling.

Some are linear some are sloped.

Most map sensors us a 5 volt in and variable out based pressure.

So, you can have a 1 bar, 2 bar, 3 bar, 3.5 bar or 5 bar all with 0-5 volt scaling.

Are you following me here?

Example, 4 volts with a 1 bar means full load no vacuum no pressure.
But 4 volts with a 3 bar might mean 27 psi boost.

You should have to tell the software what sensor is being used not just the voltage of the sensor.

How do you know where to set your Min. volts at?

You need to know the scaling of your particualar Map sensor, some are published some you have to test them, with a volt meter and mighty vac.
