The EVS protector fits under any jacket that isnt super tight.Its not a bulky piece of equipment at all.The gap between the two chest pads when it is zipped is a little under an inch.I never thought it was much of an issue.
Its just a great piece to have and you wont even know you have it on.

Thanks for all of your input. This is why this site is the greatest. I ordered the EVS because I can wear it all year round. I liked the kidney belt aspect and third was the price. I also liked the fact that it was thinner and had arm protection built in. I will let you know how I like it when I get it. Silver, thanks for the offer. I would need a much larger vest than what you have.

Indy, your a ball buster. Yea, like I will be MUCH fast than you on the lake this winter. Or you are MUCH slower than me in the trails. How's that for MUCH. I am shedding some weight on the sled and myself. I will be ready when the white stuff flies. I hope you are the same.
