Template for cutting shroud when upgrading seat

Here is a template for cutting the shroud when upgrading to a taller seat. I have yet to do the mod myself, so all the credit goes to twomorestrokes for supplying the original template. I just scanned it in so others could print it out and paste the two pieces together to get the complete template.

Thanks for posting that snowdust! I've mailed quite a few of those out so this will make it easier. I just took my cut off piece and pushed it flat on paper and traced around it. I cut 3 1/4" off mine and it is just on the tight side. I've heard many others say they made the cut 3 1/2" from the bottom.

Thanx! I agree that this is the best site around for Yamaha sledders! I have gotten TONS of help and great deals over the years from here. I got my help with this seat mod a couple years back when 4Fighter did it to his RX1 and posted the process. That was a huge help to many of us and he showed everyone how easy it was and what a difference it makes.
