Just brought my GT home and sure enough I got the gap underneath the headlights. Friggin set up people! Just spent over $10,000 and now I have to spent the time fixing stuff.
OK, how do I realign the headlight cluster so that it fits properly? I tried search.
Thanks

Remove windscreen, remove two phillips head bolts in front of instruments, refit headlight pod, re-assemble in reverse order.
Take out the 2 10mm bolts on the side that hold the headlight and gauges on. Lift the assembly up and you will see 2 tabs towards the hood, the gauge and headlight pod receives the 2 tabs just tip it forward so the tabs are inserted and slide back and down. Then replace the 2 bolts. You may have to push the the rubber in around the headlights.

Had the same problem when I picked mine up at the dealer. I had read about it here and when I noticed it I said, "hey boys guess what, you did it wrong and you need to learn to do it correct right now". Another guy looked and it and said "yup your right!" Then told the other guy to get it right. I then proceeded to inform them to monitor this site so they would be up to date!

Keene would not give me a discount so I bought it at Billerica Motorsports in MA. Shoddy PDI. Unexceptable!
