I got rid of the Ripsaw (no studs) because I felt it had too much side bite - looking for a little looser back end.
Went with Cobra (no studs) for the extra traction, and because they say it feels looser, less side bite compared to Ripsaw. Well, I agree on the traction. That's friggen fantastic! Side bite, though a little looser, not much different than the Ripsaw.
Next season will be going with a 1". Haven't made up my mind which. My riding style needs something much looser in the corners. Giving up on the 1.25" after 3 different 1.25" tracks on 2 sleds. Just me.

My ripsaw just bit the dust at 7200 miles. I have bought a Cobra and should be getting it next week. Can't wait to try it out!

I put 45 miles on the Cobra today. This track has unbelievable traction! In the powder I can just pin it and it points straight up. It also hooks up way better than the ripsaw in loose snow. I have my doubts about durability because the lugs are soft and thin. I guess I will have to wait until next season to find out.

You could put it without removing tunnel protectors but you may have to notch the track with a utility knife right above the protectors. Some say it wont rub but I know my 1.375 paddle rubbed on my rtx.

1.5 Intense 136". Rips the fillings right out of your head from 0-110 dreameter. Fingerwalks to 115. I can't believe more people aren't running this track. Hookup is not an issue. I raced a a Doo 800 this year and he wasn't even a factor. I put on just over 2000 miles and it looks new. BTW no picks, and yes, remove the tunnel protectors.

Hey i have a stock ripsaw on my 06 nytro.... not an apex or attack but basicly the same. I was wondering what the best off trail track is for these fairly heavy but still awsome sleds. Im not into anyg groomed trail tracks so thats why im ditchin the ripsaw since it really does not do well in the deep/off trail . Thanks
