There are a few good products out there that really work. Three that I know actually work and are proven.
Dragon Race fuel concentrate
Torco Accelerator
Lucas Octane booster

You can add klotz booster to the list. Pretty much exactly the same as Torco.

- The orange deposits on sparkplugs mentioned in the "Questions" section of the website suggests this might be mostly MMT.
- I question this product given they can't even provide accurate info on their website: "Secondly, aircraft engines don't run at high RPM loads under normal operation. An aircraft at cruise might be turning at 2,500 to 3,000 RPM, significantly lower than the 5,000 to 9,000 red line typically seen in an automobile engine. Aviation fuel is blended to balance performance and economy at these low engine loads and as a result will not be as effective at high engine load" Just because an engine is turning at a lower RPM doesn't mean it's operating at a "low engine load". Aviation piston engines are frequently operated at ~75% power in cruise for hours which is a way higher load than most vehicles (%75 power for more than a few minutes on any sled faster than a stock Elan means you're going to run out of lake in short order). The best recipe for knock in an spark ignition engine is high manifold pressure and low RPM, exactly the conditions encountered in an aviation recip.

Well that’s all pretty much speculation. Fuel for aviation has government standards for quality and it’s not ceritified additive it probably illegal to add it.
