TY 4 Stroke Master
Here's a list of stuff I have done to my 2005 RX-1 since the end of last season. The sled has approximately 5000 miles on it.
- Replaced ALL 5 shaft bearings (jack and drive shaft bearings)
- Changed oil/filter and chaincase oil.
- Installed Excell exhaust
- Installed new shoes in secondary
- Replaced both clutch springs (primary and secondary)
- Skid Plate Installed
- Put BLACK spindles on from a (Red) 2005 RX1
- Moved the needle jets up one clip for exhaust
- Installed Air horn
- New sliders
- New upper guide wheel bearings
- Rebuilt and re-valved KYB-MONO shock and rebuilt both front shocks
- Moved the C-Clip into the #2 position from #1
- Inspected and replaced all bushings in rear skid (6)
- Replaced RA cable
- Ceramic coated grab bar
- Billet aluminum gas cap
- Installed SkiDoo Precision skis
Hmmmmm??? I think that's it!
I'd like to thank my buddy Rob (aka Long Track on TY4Stroke) for all his help....couldn't have done it without him.
Ready to ride another 4000 miles this year. I think its going to be a great season.

I need to move to Canada....1000-1200 miles a year is a GOOD year for me, the norm is like 500-800 miles

Thanks man....got em. Just replaced what I needed to. I have the 2006 W Arm which comes with zerks at the top (where it mounts to the tunnel)...those bushings were mint!
