Yes, I am considering buying a New left over 2012 MTX or 2014 XTX Nytro. Both have 0 miles one is still in the crate. Has anyone had experiance with the left over machines? Currently I have 11,138 miles on my Nytro XTX. The only issue i have had is the front limiter strap breaking and that was just last week. Flawless machines Yes, I have done some upgrades but who doesn't. Both new machines are under 7k$. Any thoughts?? Thansk Al

If you want to stay nytro it's decent deal. But can find viper turbos for not much more too.

My son bought a 2013 Nytro Mtx from fuelpowersports with MPI supercharger a month ago. Incredible deal. Great sled

Doesn't Fuel Powersports sneak a lot of fees in though?

Sorry OP- not trying to hijack- just want to be sure you aren't wasting your time with a bad deal.

I am not interested in a supercharged unit. Too bad they installed the blower. I probably would buy it.

Good news the units come without the supercharger installed. Once purchased they give you the paper work to send in to MPI for your super charger. You can do whatever you want with it. Sell it or install. Your choice

MPI lists the supercharger at $3999. If you sell it for $2500 & deduct it from the price of the sled it is a great deal.

The only bad thing with Nytros is once you have one they are kind of hard to get rid of. I was able to trade mine for a Viper and got a decent deal, but for some reason the general snowmobile buying public turns their nose up at Nytros. If the deal is right, however resale probably is the least of your worries.

Something can be said for the Nytro - It just flat-out works.
Got back from sledding in Quebec, and my 7 yr old Nytro ran flawlessly while others with newer sleds are chasing their tails with issues surfacing. I was driving a buddies Cat 6000 with a 137. Couldn't stand it. Tried to help him correct the handling, but between a crappy ski and shocks that seem way to tight, not much I could do.

How did you find some still in crates - did a dealer have them or were they from Yamaha?
