Did a whole pile of stuff to the RX1 this fall. Front rad, Apex seat, ohlins shocks, temp gauge and new skis. Had to replace a bent spindle and just the usual mantainence. We had our first 6 inches of snow last week and I got to take her out for a few little rips and everthing was worth every penny, cant really say that for the new skis of shocks yet but I'm positive I wont be dissapionted. I want to thank anyone who has helped me with my questions over the last few months. and if theres any questions I can help with feel free to ask. Heres the pics!!

Looks good! You can never add enough mods. You are gonna love the Apex seat, best mod there is. Where did you get the water temp gauge? That is sharp.

Yeah I plan to raise the bars up, I just need to do my Christmass shopping first haha. I noticed that when I was driving. And I'm more of a stand up rider so I am not a fan of being bent over while in standing up. I still haven't got a really clear answer on what I need for cables. I don't want to order anything and find out I need a park brake cable or brake cable. I can extend all the wires and order the block from Lake Effect, but its the cables I'm not to sure of.

Looks good. I want to put an Apex seat on my '05 Warrior as well.
In regards to cables with a riser....I put a pivot riser and 4" block on my Warrior, and here is what I did.
Get an '05 mountain RX1 throttle cable. It is quite a bit longer than stock. Takes 5 minutes to swap.
I was able keep the stock brake and parking brake lines. I just did a bit of rerouting to get the required length.
All of the electrical had plenty of length.

I'm 6' 4" so I went with an adjustable riser 6" - 8" from Rox. I replaced all the cables throttle, choke, parking brake, and brake line with the equivilent cables from an 05 Mtn RX1. All the electrical wires were fine.
Kind of a crappy pic, but you get the idea.

Yeah I got a fella on the island here to power coat the springs. Vincent Powercoating. I know it weakens the springs but anyhting is an improvement from stock, and I'll likley change the springs at some point down the road again.

Ball park $350, and I already know it was worth EVERY penny. They are absolutely TOP notch to deal with.

What size is the radiator hose adapter and where did you get it from?

Well the factory hose size is 1 inch. And the one I ordered was for 1 1/16 inch hose. It was the smallest I could find with out making my own custom fitting. It was pretty hard to get the hose over it but it went. I would recomend using a type of "step up" fitting to get you to the 1 1/16 inch size. I got the actual fitting from pro sport gauges. I'll check later to be sure. I'm on my blackberry now.

Looks good, added the Ulmer temp gauge to mine last year. His came with the fitting and it fit perfect, must have been the 1 inch. Have a raditor and fan in the mail and plan to add those over the weekend. Get some sled start HID's next, what a huge difference it makes!
