I just put a 3-1/2" rox riser on my apex. I added powermadd throttle cable extension to relieve the tightness in it and thinking I couldn't get the free play in throttle once done. Well now even with the extension, I can't get the adjustment proper, too tight. No matter which way i turn the long nut on the top of the motor and the new adjuster at the handle bar, the cable seems too short. By turning the nuts it seems like it either shifts to the throttle or to the motor, but no perfect length. When I thought I had it, and tried it out, when I turned the steering wheel it opened the throttle? What am I missing?
