My daughter loves my '05 RX1. But, she has really small hands and she really can't ride it too long b4 it gets sore.
I've done some research and saw the Throttle Gizmo and Snobunje Throttle Flare. Has anyone used these and which would they recommend? Looks like there would be no thumb warmer using the Gizmo and the Flare is mainly used for different rider positions. The Flare "may" absorb some heat.
Is there something out there that would be better?
Thanks.....

I rolled the throttle down on my wife's Venture so it is squeezed in the crotch of the thumb. Puts your hand in a more neutral position on the bars as well. She had carpal, tunnel in both hands and couldn't reach the throttle without pain. Just something to try before spending time and money on something that MIGHT work.
My wife does fine. I showed her to use the crotch of her thumb. My daughters fingers are way shorter.. She does fine on the Polaris 440 since she has to push the throttle further to go....

have you tried backing the throttle adjustment off down at the carb so it takes more travel of the lever before it starts to engage?
