That's right, interested in a right hand brake lever. Any ideas?

I always thought of this idea with a brake unit from a crotch rocket. Only question is how would it be incorporated with the existing caliper?

Almost have to have another caliper

This shouldn't be a problem. Look into how street bike stunt guys set up their brakes. They have a hand brake as well as a foot brake running the same rear caliper. Not sure how it works but I know someone sells kits to make it work. The same parts should be able to make the hand brakes work together. Just out of curiosity, why?

I had a brain stem surgery. My left side of my body lacks feeling. Sometimes miss my brake. It would be safe for myself and others on the trail.

If that's the case then just get a radial master cylinder front brake set up off of a street bike and eliminate the lever on the left.
