Timbersled Boonie Bumper and Skid plate

I need a Skid Plate. Has anyone tried out the Timbersled Boonie Bumper?
They advertise a Skid Plate comes with the Bumper.. Or is a Skinz plate the way to go? Would love to hear feedback

I never even knew it existed... I just ordered a skinz float plate so I am going to try that first I guess but I sure do like the looks of the bigger bumper and the skid plate built in is a nice extra...

maybe someone can answer, but pretty sure the skid plate is only on the bumper..the lower portion of the bumper...I dont think they offer a separate skid plate...

The TS boonie bumper has a small skid plate in the center. It is NOT a full under-belly skidplate.

I prefer the Yammi skidplate myself.

Yes, as far as I know there are no fitment problems with the OEM Yammi plate.

I ended up with a Skinz skid plate. I liked the wide front on the plate. I hope it helps with flotation and prepacking of the snow before it gets to the track... I assume they mold and drill the plates at the same time. The Holes did not match up well at all. I wonder if there is Shrinkage in the plates over time. I went with white.


White and Black 09 MTX Nitro..... I will post pics as soon as I figure out how..
