You have 2 options . 12 degree key for racing
That gives you great low end & mid...but...you will lose top end & must run premium fuel.
The 2 degree key will improve you in the same area but not as much. You can run regular fuel & not lose any top end.

Or you can do it the other way,buy the power commander fuel controller with the ignition module. The ignition module will let you adjust the ignition timing of your engine with a software up to 10 degree.

I would go with a 4 degree Hauck key. If anything you will lose a little mid rpm power but pic up top. The Apex pulls back the timing on top end. I have mine advanced 5 degrees.

I went with the ignition modul and PCIII? How do you like your setup?

This is the first time I have run it this way. I had a 3 degree advance last year but was not running the fuel accelerator. It ran great like that. I ported the head and throttle bodies this year so I am going to need a little fuel. I would certainly go with your setup if I did not already have my fuel controller. I will post when I get it on the lake. I will be doing some testing in Northern VT next weekend. P.S. Dyno Ray has done a lot of testing with the PCIII and is getting 8 hp on a bone stock sled with it. He is also mapping different setups with mods.
