has any one advanced the timing on a stock nytro and seen any real changes? If you did see some changes or gains how much did you advance the timing? I am just looking for a few more hp, i would like some more jam...... next step would be shaving the head 15 thou.... Thanks guys

I shaved my head 25 thou and she pulls very hard! In sticky snow I used to see 85 mph max with 20 top gear and with the shaved head I have no problem hitting 96 mph with same conditions! Now I added an airbox mod and am gonna get a header and then add my pcv! Can't wait to see the end result!

Was the power you gained worth the money you spent on it??

If you were to do the work yourself I would say yes. But I would really consider getting a port job done. I think they were seeing 10 hp over stock. Are you running the stock header? If so I would spend the money on that. I was told it really wakes it up with an intake mod. That's my next purchase.

Haha we all do! I'd say it increases the hp pretty good!
