does anyone have any ideas on how to fix a tiny rip in my seat before it gets worse. It's about 1" long, caused by an eyelit on my boot.

depending on where it's located....you remove the seat...gently remove some of the staples near the affected area (assuming it's neat the seat edge where it meets the tunnel.. get a vinyl repair kit...I think they can be had from most auto parts stores...and mix the correct color and fix...then restaple

Some paintless dent repair guys also do the vinyl repair, if you don't want to try it your self. I've never had to have my own stuff fixed, but I've seen the results of others doing it themselves vs. a pro repair, and it would be worth the $$ to me.

yes...for sure...will cost on average around $50 bucks...if you take it off and take it to a auto trim shop or a mobile trim guy...at lest that's the going rate around here..
