Well I ordered the hurricane hindle kit, I am having a heck if a time installing the exhaust. Anyone who has installed this exhaust have any advice? The problem I am running into is when I get the headers (primaries) onto the flanges all the way my collector pipe is always touching my tunnel. I have twisted the primaries every which way and always end up with the same results. The only time I have a little clearance is when I mount the headers 3/4 of the way on the flanges. I installed an excell kit on a buddys sled a couple weeks ago and had no problem, this is starting to get frustrating.

install the centre and left primary on the collector. Place the right primary in the sled but dont attach it yet. Put the header up into the tunnel and install the right primary onto the collector...note that it is a tight fit so you may not be able to get the spring onto that tab but it's not necessary. Line up all the spring tabs anbd mount them onto the flanges. Also remember to remove the bracket in the muffler cover ( the big one under the seat ) as this will cause interference with the muffler....I'll post pics of what it should look like.

This is a legit question.
Short mid pipe before the muffler... anyone?
Minor bend in that piece would go a long way.
