Tips to starting em in the cold with race fuel???

Thanx Benji
I only have 1 negative report. I am sure this little heater will work. I will definately post whatever happens.

when i raced snocross, and ran c-16 in our mods, and before we had an enclosed trailer, we had a helluva time starting the sleds when it was cold. finally what worked best for us, was to take a car warmer and put it under the hood. then get ready or walk the track. and after 15-25 min they would start right up, then start it up every once in awhile to keep things warm. if it was really cold we would drape a blanket over the sled to help keep the heat in. hope this helps someone out!

I know this is an old thread but we’re having the same problem starting a supercharged Phazer on C14 in extreme cold. This is a daily rider so plugging it in anywhere while out on the trail is not an option. Is there a way to hook up a small auxiliary tank filled with 91 octane and have a primer bulb that injects it into the motor just for cold weather start ups? And add a fuel shut off so once started it won’t suck up all the 91 out of the auxiliary tank.
