Tool to change the belt?

Is there? Is there a special way to do it?? The Nytro is pretty hard to turn the clutches to get to the belt when its -10 out. Do they make a tool 2 make this job easier?

Just take a 10mm long handled wrench and twist the helix and push in at the same time.
