im new to this forum so hello to all... my 06 660 grizz top speed was 62mph before i put 27" mudbugs now i top out at 45mph, does anyone have some advice??? was thinking of a clutch kit

put a half inch spacer in your secondary clutch. should help you get some power back

what will a 1/2 inch spacer on the secondary clutch do? ive put on a slip on hmf and k&n air filter, at least now it will idol ok at 5 thousand feet, still thinking of a clutch kit and cdi box..

the spacer will increase spring tension. it will hold more rpms before shifting. this works better than a clutch kit. I have done it to a few diff grizzlys, makes a big diff.

hello again, so i got my bike from the shop ( had the valves adjusted) and it seems to have more power than when it was new even with the 27" mudbuggs.. but i will order a new clutch kit next month
