i would suggest some form of epoxy like they use putting in the wind sheilds on cars. never done it myself and the guy from orillia that would graft in new lugs went out of business over 5 years ago.

My personal opinion is don't waste the time or money, I don't think an epoxy will hold considering the abuse a track takes.
