Went to a rallye today and got 4 miles into it when I was thrown over the bars. I picked myself up and walked back to the sled, only to find the track strung out behind it.
This is a factory ripsaw track, never studded, with 4000 miles on it. The track tore straight across when I punched the throttle. It got caught on nothing. Alignment was good. Skid was good, drivers were good. What happened??? The total repair bill on this Attak over 4000 miles is in excess of $10 000 (one G at a time of course).
Anyway the point of this topic is to find out which track I should go to. I hate the ripsaw anyway max speed breaking trail 50mph. I've narrowed it down to the intense 1.5 or the free ride 1.5...We ride mostly off trail out here in the West. Any thoughts?

I would go with a challenger. In that length you can get them in 1.75 or 2".

my stock track just ripped in half like that. the plastic block on the front of the skid rail broke off some how and the rail caught hold of the track and its was done. i went with the 1.5" ripsaw b/c most of my miles on on the trail. had to cut out the tunnel protectors.
