Track comes loose after rear wheel change

I replaced my rear wheels on my RX-1 pro action and now my track keeps loosening up. I have checked that all the spacers and washers are in the correct place even tried to over tighten the rear axle. New nyloc nuts on adjusters and axle. Driving me nuts

I'd recheck the spacers/washers to make sure they're clamping down on the rails as designed. Maybe add a washer or 2 if you need to?

Double check the bearing thicknesses...6004 bearing is 12mm wide, while 6204 bearing is 15mm wide. Perhaps the new wheels you installed had 6004 bearings and the old wheels had 6204 bearings.
