you should replace it sooner rather than later just for safety but because it is just lug damage its not in immediate danger of tearing threw.
what type of trail conditions do you ride on? if you ride on good groomed trails with lots of snow your fine. but if your riding on scratchy conditions with marginal snow it will have a higher chance of increasing damage.
Just keep and eye on it

I have 3300 miles on my ripsaw and don't have any lugs torn off all I have is 1 stud tear-out.. from what I've been hearing on this site about the ripsaws I guess I'm a lucky one.

If I were you, I would go through and cut all the loose ends as said previously but also go through and see if you can tighten your studs back up to spec. My track looked like that for probably 3000 miles and the only reason I replaced my track is because I couldn't keep my studs from tairing out. I tried to tighten them but they were so rusty I did nothing but strip the back side of the studs out. Try and tighted all your studs up and throw that track back on. As long as you can't see the fiberglass bars in the track there should be no reason to not run that track hard as you normally do. However, if you have some loose studs that won't tighten up, I would baby the crap out of that track in hopes of not flinging a stud through your heatexchanger.

Got 9000 miles out of mine with 192 nails. Mine had the paddles getting brittle with no visual damage. I changed it cause it is $hitload cheaper than a motor after a stud goes through heat exchange.

Replace it!
You may get away with it for a while...... but eventually it will sting ya. You were lucky, when my lugs tore off they took a couple studs with them!! Bye bye heat exchanger!

I got 10,000 miles out of the stock track on my 06er and sold it to a friend who needed it. I relaced it with a ice ripper xt and that track is amazing, ran 100 miles of very poor trails, mud and rocks in monson maine and no damage at all. I wish I could say the same for a new set of cobra head carbides that wore down to the plastic on my skiis
