Track question

hi guys. Im new here and i tried to find my answer but didnt find anything.
I got 2 good deal for a new track and im not sure avout the fitement.
So i have a 06 mtx with a 16x162x2.25 and i would like to know if any of these 2 track will fit. The first one is a 15x163.2.5 (challenger extrem)
And the second one is 15x162x2.6 (powder claw)

they should fit if the driver pitch is the same as what you have. mtx sleds came with a 3 pitch from the factory if memory serves.

Ok thx and a 163 should fit even if i need a 162 ?

yes it should. just means you have to adjust the rear axle back further to get the tension on it.

163" track needs 2.86" pitch drivers. 162" tracks are 3" pitch on stock MTX apex.

I guess the guys was wrong he tell me it was a 3.00 pitch so i wont take that one. Thanks !
