track ratcheting with extrovert drivers why?

03 rx1 with a stk skid and brand new wahl bros anti ratchet drivers speed tracck loaded with chisels why the hell does this thing ratchet unless the track is piano string tight? Just went through the skid and no broken parts or loose idlers.I do have skid set up for max transfer with the limiters and transfer rods also shocks set on soft settings.can not fiqure out why this happens.ant ideas
