The pros and cons of that track, based on a VISUAL ANALYSIS (I haven't actually used one) is that it should offer excellent traction in loose snow, the lugs will probably flex over under hard acceleration in HARD snow, and it doesn't look particularly inspiring in terms of DURABILITY -- I suspect that it will be fairly easy to shred the lugs on that track if you run it in marginal snow or icy conditions and tend to spin the track a lot.
