Track'n Go

That's pretty cool!

They make these bolt on tracks in my home town in the UP made up of snowmobile tracks and boogie wheels.

Hmmmm. Snowmotrucks. Very interesting. I wonder what kind of floatation it really has? If you get this stuck in deep powder, what will pull it out?

My snotruck

Here's pic of a 1952 Autoneige I rebuilt. It has a 318 and Dodge drivetrain. Trust me there was never snow too deep or a hill too steep with this puppy.

Even groomers can and do get stuck. The nightmares
of all groomer operators, it's a lot of digging. Snow Cats are pulled out by groomers pretty regularly around here. A few mountain ski operators use snow cats and they get stuck pretty easy. I've noticed the
big time operators in Canada have gone to a groomer
tracked type cat.
