I'm considering trading my 2010 RS GT LTX 2700mi (no remaining warranty) for a 2011 Apex SE 900mi (warranted to 2015). The dealer will trade for $3,000. Is this a decent deal? Would you guys go for this?
He is also is willing to let me sell my sled all summer if that would be a better deal for me.

I think price offerred is just average. Numbers look as if based on KELLLY box prices for both wholesale and retail. Some dealers will quote you Kelly for the wholesale and NADA on the retail valuel. Makes it difficult to know if you are getting a good deal. Bottom line is if it is exactly what you are looking for and the price is reasonable I would probably buy it, however, if price is a big factor I would let it sit for 4-5 weeks and then counter offer the dealer what you feel comfortable to pay.

I'd do the deal. You'll really like the SE model and EPS.

Offer him 2k and you can always meet in the middle. Dealers liked to unload in the summer.
