Put it on your helmet!
Not sure what MI has for reggy sticker(s) but NY has these 3x5 reflective # square that "has to go in front of the bulkhead on the cowling".
The previous owner had them stuck right on the textured gas tank (but they peeled off real easy). I'm gonna try somewhere on the plastic near the air box cover when I pay this great state more $$$ on a sled that's already been taxed once!!!!

chop, I am in the same boat. I got have to go pay my re-tax on my sled. The old owner had them on the colored side panel. I peeled them off and need to find a better place to put them.

nope, as long as it is the same size and reflective its legal... i do have to point at them occasionally when i go thru a check point, they kind of blend in. the good thing is they are durable, they have been on for 3yrs and not peeling up in the corners or anything.. the guy did a good job making them. and $20 for the pair, i thought it was worth it.. kind of a unique or custom little thing for not alot of $$$$.

I am not sure that's correct. It has to be "DMV provided" on sleds newer than 1995. I know people want the custom painted on numbers and this screws them up. Since you made one that is identical in shape and size while technically illegal i doubt anyone cares. I bet if you made it pink with black letters you would get nabbed.
