My aluminum transfer assembly was badly damaged when it came unthreaded last January. I can turn both the aluminum body (female thread) and the aluminum adjuster (male thread) on the lathe if some generous fellow sledhead can provide me with the overall lengths of these 2 parts. I have attached a picture of the 2 parts.
Thank you
P.S. Do yourself a favor and make sure the aluminum locknut on your transfer rod assembly is tight!

I think a few people had an issue with this early on.
Is there maybe a warrantee issue or some upgrade?

HeatMizer,
How funny,
I have herd of a similar story before. The only difference is the other story was talking about just removing this piece all together. The story was that everything still worked fine with the exception of the skis only hitting the snow during a hard break. Not quit sure what they did to turn? Ah! I know, maybe just break a lot?
Anyways I will be playing with my suspension this weekend; if no one else is able to give you this dimension I will try to have them for you on Monday.

Funny thing is...it appears that if you were to mistakenly put your adjuster wrench on the wrong nut, you would be loosening this thing...followed by catastrophy!
