trouble codes won't reset

I have a 2007 apex that I'm trying to reset the trouble code I followed the directions on this site but when I get to the hand warmer part to reset it won't reset. Any suggestions?

Same, I have "diag 62" but it doesn't reset codes. Another one said "diag 64" but I don't have a 64. I put this 2012 Genesis motor on a gyrocopter still using all the stock parts.
