I really don't have any experience with the tuner skis but the XTX I have has them. I was just wondering if there is a difference if you put the 6" carbides on the outside with the 4" on the inside if it would make any difference. Sled came with the 4" on the outside keel.

From what I read on here you get more bite from the inside carbide so I have 6 inch on the inside. I also have a six-inch on the outside for better turning.

^^^what he said, i also run dual 6", if it pushes to much then just pull your front straps up one hole to put more weight on the skies. mine handles great with the tuners. they do push just a bit (but i think that's because of the 144" track) but that is the way i like it. i hate when the front outside bites to much and it ends up lifting the inside ski all the time, then you have to fight or slow down to get it to settle back down.

The only difference I could see we're the bolts goin through the ski's were bigger than the ones I got last year from dealer. My old ones were worn but not horrible I had a thousand miles on them.

Who makes the 8 inch?. Tried the double 6 with the square bar. Made it better but seams to hunt a little on different surfaces. Even in the big sweepers they don't hold the line as well as some other skis I've used in the past.

Yamaha Canada sells the snowtracker for the tuner .Wow. Costs almost as much to ship them as it does to by them from JohnMaster
That looks like the best local option , and way better than the Woodys or stock Yamaha .
