Tunnel and heat excharger protector

Guy, been searching around to find specifics here,just studded my track 1.4 inch studs down the middle only. Is the front heat exchanger at RISK?
Anyone tried using perforated aluminum sheet over the front heat EXCHANGER?

Since you indicated you just studded this sled and assuming it was not previously, you will also want to re-enforce the 6 (3 each side) C-shaped brackets that secures the tunnel protectors as they can easily collapse and now with running studs, could potentially cause damage.
