Thats the one I use and am extremely happy with it. I put a bungie over the top to just keep it a little lower of a profile. I also added the Skinz tail light and rails as well. I will be removing the much larger OEM light that is shown in this picture. By removing the OEM light you will gain even more space back there.
The one thing to note is that I am running an Excel exhaust which angles up more than stock. I have not had any issues with the bag getting hot. Most of the time i have to swipe the snow off of it before opening it up.
The bag itself is nice sized and durable. I put a firstaid kit, jumper cables, roap in it as well as a couple bottle of water and still has room for extra gloves and some snacks.

It not water proof though ~ it takes overnight to dry.

bag
it must be made out of the same stuff as a saddle bag isn't it?

I dont know what it made of but I had a skinz bag on my Attak and it would soaked by the end of the day of boondocking. I would have take it off and empty it to dry over night. I just think it should be water/snow proof for 80.00.

Does anyone know of a tunnel bag that can fit under the seat with a tunnel exhaust?

I use the waterproof one from Yamaha. It mounts easy, and holds a bunch. I do not know how well it would work with the stock exhaust. I went to under tunnel long ago. Got space under the seat, plus the bag. I love it.
