Derailed

Hey,
I’ve got a 129” RTX SE Sidewinder and my Girlfriend rides a 129” RTX DX Viper. I decided to stud both tracks since the lake was almost un-rideable on our last trip.
I went with 90 1.325” gold diggers and got the Queit-temp template from woodys. Does anyone happen to know if I will need tunnel protectors at this length? I see that Yamaha offers them as an assessory but they seem to only go on the rear cooler, is there anything that goes on the front cooler?
Thanks

NEED REAR HEAT EXCHANGERS PROTETORS FOR SIDEWINDER...... VIPER DOES NOT NEED ANYTHING.
Has anybody had any success removing the Stock Tunnel Protectors after they have been installed with epoxy? I'm planning on going with the full length protectors if i can get mine out. I'm thinking some heat on the epoxy (heat gun not torch), it might soften up enough to pull them.
